Two big things this week:
I signed my offer. You’re looking at a new Content Designer at Meta. :)
I found an editor. Serendipity led me to the perfect one for my YA romance manuscript. I’m over the moon.
Both of these are things I’d love to talk more about though prob only interesting for the writerly crowd reading this newsletter. Let me know if you’d like to hear more about my experience moving from freelance copywriter to content designer and/or writing my book and why/how I found my editor. It could be a good exercise for me to partially journal the experience working with my editor—I’m sure it’ll be, ahem, humbling.
My family and I are on a beach trip in Sokcho, South Korea, for the next few days. Just us, good chips, the waves, and if it’s too windy the heated pool. It’s the perfect vacation after four months of job search/interviews and moving prep. Mind if I share a few fun links? I personally love a good link list so I hope this one makes your cut. :)
A few things I’ve liked lately:
What to say on Mother’s Day to a friend without kids.
The Selling Sunset finale was wild. So sad we couldn’t see Amanza’s outfit live!
Unsurprisingly, I loved Old Enough. (via CupofJo)
My brother was properly diagnosed probably because the ER doc was obsessed with JFK.
This tweet:
Coastal Grandmother yessssss pleaseeee.
Overturning Roe v. Wade could limit miscarriage care.
Loved Falling in Love Like a Romantic Drama, a sweet Japanese reality show on Netflix. Now watching Call My Agent.
That’s it for this week. See you next Sunday, which will be t minus 5 weeks until we move back to the States.

I absolutely want to know more!!
Yes! I definitely want to know more. More about everything- what is the serendipity that led you to your editor, what is your editor like, what content will you be creating for Meta?
And lastly - to where are you moving within the States?!?!
